Today the ARC printing of my annual catalog arrived. It’s a 98-pager devoted to just one philosopher. They are BEAUTIFUL!! I want to publicly and profusely thank Ron Gravius in the New York office for doing such an outstanding job again this year. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to work with someone who is so clearly devoted to my happiness and satisfaction as a customer. ARC… a great company… with spectacular employees… as ever!

The best! This is one of the nicest, most conscientious and hard-working bunch of people I've encountered in a long time. I had a small project, but very important to me. Needed scans of an oversized promotional book to upload to my website. Starting with Lawanda at the front desk to Danny who took an unwieldy and quasi-banged up document and made it just what I wanted, they took care of it while I waited so I didn't have to make two trips from Brooklyn. Pricing was beyond reasonable. They really proved to be the solution for everything I needed and more.

We had a last-minute print job originating in Washington, DC that needed to be printed in New York. The ARC Manhattan location was able to print seven copies of a 100+ page full color/full bleed document in less than two hours! Absolutely the best customer service from Ron and his staff!!!

We had a last minute office move that needed to be accommodated within 24 hours in NYC! Almost an impossible ask, however Mark assured me his team could handle the job and get it done. What an understatement, Henry P and Steve G came on-site the very next morning at 6:30am. After breaking down the machines and prepping them for transport they then loaded the gear in a truck themselves. Henry P drove the truck while Steve G updated the information on our print server in the new office. By the time we got the equipment into the new office the remainder of the process took 1 hour. I highly recommend ARC, and can't speak enough about the team we had worked with. Mark, Steve and Henry are 5 stars and I will always recommend ARC in the future.

We have been using ARC for our large format printing for many years. We have had excellent service by the technical staff. They are very responsive and knowledgeable about the machinery. We recently added a small format copier to our services provided by ARC. So far, so good. As I wasn't excited about the first copy machine that was provided, when I requested something different, within a few weeks, a new machine was installed and it seems to be great. Steve G. and Matt F. are terrific and easy to work with. The Abacus program for print tracking is very easy to use. Would highly recommend them!
