ARC Ontario is definitely the best reprographics company there is! We send them plans for printing very regularly and they are ALWAYS responsive and get the job done on time, every time. Alfred, David, Kellie & the rest of the Ontario ARC team are the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else to get big plans printed for our projects. Great job ARC Ontario!!!

Unfortunately construction is all about false stressors (we're not savings lives folks), so when someone goes way above and beyond in that atmosphere and this crazy, post-Covid, lazy world, it REALLY needs to be celebrated. That's what Kellie & her Team did. Really unheard of right now. We NEED to keep these types of people in business or you know what we'll be stuck with. Vote with your wallet! Cheers!

So, my experience might be a little different. My doctor required some documents and my printer at home crashed. No pharmacies in the local area could help and I came across Arc with a Google search. As I walked in I realized that this was more of a business printing service and told Alfred that I might be in the wrong place for printing a few pages. Without hesitation, he said he'd help me out and provided me with instructions. Very professional and went out of his way to provide the best customer service I've experienced in awhile. Thanks, Alfred. You made a difference today. I got to doctor's office in time bcz of your immediate assistance. Way to help the little guy. Thanks again, Arc. Made my day.
