Glen S., the service person was very courteous, informative and knowledgeable about the problem we had. He solved it efficiently and provided information about what had happened with the jamming of the plotter. He also explained about the ink and when they should be replaced. Also took care of the rotational issue with the program for plotting and left once everything was taken care of. I will ask for him if something happens in the future. Please thank Glen.
