We as a General Contractor have been working with ARC in San Carlos for many years even when they were BPS. They are a great company and Linda and Scott are awesome at their jobs. The customer service they provide is awesome. Scott just walked me through sending a link and downloading straight to them yesterday. Every time I go and pick up my plans Linda is so kind and happy. My experience with ARC San Carlos has been great! I recently dropped off a large full-size (30"x42") drawing set of plans (64 pages) and have requested to get each sheet scanned as a digital file and have the drawings delivered to San Francisco. The team at ARC San Carlos was extremely friendly and accommodating of my request. Within couple of hours, the team was able to complete the scanning of my large set and sent a downloadable link to my email. I was extremely happy with the quality of the digital files and definitely will be back for the rest of my projects.
