I went to ARC with three different documents that I really knew nothing about how to properly set up for printing. From the moment I walked in, Mandie made me feel welcome and competent. She looked at my files and worked some magic to make them print exactly as I wanted them. She was extremely helpful and patient, and she made suggestions that made my final products better than I had envisioned them. She and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.
