Janice and staff are the best. I always look forward to picking up my order, it’s always correct and sooner than expected with a smile and convivial chat. This morning though was exceptional! I emailed an order at 6.00am for historic architectural drawings and needed them asap for a very important meeting thrust upon us unexpectedly with a client’s Architectural team at very short notice for ourselves. Janice must have got them rolling as she walked through the door and had them ready in a flash. In these difficult times its impressive to see this type of dedication to their customer’s needs.
