The whole crew at ARC was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Even though the location that I called had closed, this store offered me a close competitor in my area. That’s awesome, and unheard of in the days of “team members” and “asks”. Thanks guys! (If anyone higher up reads this: These are terrible metrics for store performance locally. More import should be placed upon “own your mile” initiatives— regardless of whether they bear fruit or not! AEW has worked with ARC and the Farmington Hills branch since 2006. Through the years the customer service has always been excellent. We have purchased several KIP large format machines from them and they have taken the time to understand our companies needs while suggesting the best product to help accomplish our ever-changing workload. Kathleen Dunn, our account representative, is a very pleasant person to work with and is quick to find solutions to any printing, laminating or mounted award tasks we may need help with. While I can’t say enough about ARC as a whole, their Farmington Hills service department is outstanding. Steve Dickinson and his staff make sure that any orders for paper or toner are sent out within a day or two, while calls for service on our machines are always addressed within a short timeframe, giving us peace of mind that we can accomplish our workload in a timely manner. They offer a good product & great customer service.
