ARC has been our "go to" vendor for all repro equipment for over 10 years. Service has been outstanding. I cannot stress enough how much help they were leading up to and during the Covid shutdown. I’ve worked with ARC for the last several years. They have completed scans of old books, 35mm archival slides, oversized posters and other items with reasonable turn around times. Not only do they provide quality results, Uday and Keturah offer excellent customer service and feedback on the most cost efficient methods to use while maintaining quality. Added bonus, they have delivered projects for me at a closer location at no additional cost. I’m very pleased I was able to connect with ARC for my scanning projects.

The staff were friendly. It seems that ARC is more of a print company for businesses than individuals. I stopped by for a small order and the minimum order is $15. This isn't too bad, but I probably would have gone elsewhere had I known in advance. Otherwise, my prints were okay. There were some print errors on my pages (small blotches), but fortunately with the $15 minimum I doubled my order so it wasn't a big deal for me.
