I wanted to personally reach out and make sure this finds the proper personnel. This service request has been completed. Obviously, the service request was opened a couple weeks ago and has lingered due to the diagnosis of the repair. Not a problem. Luckily, we have another plotter that our drafting department has available. We found ourselves in a favorable position with not needing to use the OCE in the very frequent capacity that it typically sees on a daily basis. It was a very slight inconvenience to say the least as we had another option. Our machine is up and running after many tests, part replacements, diagnosis, etc.. and we could not be happier. The main reason for this email to state our satisfaction with the workmanship, knowledge, honesty, detail, cleanliness, professionalism, and rapport of your service techs Jim and Jerry. These two gentlemen are a testament to how customer service is executed and achieved. We have worked with both these gentlemen before and every encounter is smooth and flawless. The degree of service we have received from Jim and Jerry is part of the reason we have/will continue to do business with ARC for years to come. We have been satisfied with ARC in every aspect. We will tell you we understand this machine has some mileage and age. When it’s final day arrives, we will be contacting you for the new replacement and contract. Please see that this finds the proper channel so that your service techs get the respect and recognition they deserve.

Had a last minute discovery that large drawings were needed to be printed yesterday for a large install on Monday morning. Thursday and Friday were holiday days. Sent them our file at 1:00 pm and drawings were ready by 2:00 pm. Very much appreciate their responsiveness!
