Our purchase and install of our new large format printer went very smoothly. They delivered and unpacked the printer, set it up with paper/ink cartridges, calibrated it, and then walked me through the installation on my PC. Finally we went through a hands-on demonstration of how to use all the various features and how to maintain the printer. There was very little we had to do on our end. Very satisfied.

ARC Document Solutions is a well oiled machine. I have had great experiences in several cities and this location is no exception. Kevin and his staff each went out of their way to exceed my expectations on a VERY large project.
I wanted to reach out and express my gratitude to Mandie and Stephanie for their extremely fast turnaround on our proposal on Tuesday. They may have told you, but I called them at 8 a.m. on Tuesday after receiving an email from UPS that our original package had been “incorrectly sorted” and would be delayed. I spoke with Stephanie, who coordinated with Mandie, to have our entire package (12 copies) reprinted, rebound, repackaged, and off to a courier so that it still arrived on Tuesday by COB. Stephanie coordinated the courier service for me and I know that Mandie busted her tail to get our documents reassembled in a hurry. We are always very grateful for ARC’s customer service and quality, but this was above and beyond what is expected and I wanted you to be aware.
I ordered a 24 x 20 print of a charcoal art portrait. Both the quality of the print and the paper exceeded my expectations! Extremely professional and personable staff, very knowledgeable and offered a variety of solutions. Will continue to be my go to place for all of my printing needs. Thank you again I cannot wait to see the print recipient's delight!

Our residential building company uses ARC to print all of our plans & drawings, and they have exceeded my expectation. Even if I send a print request in at 4:45pm, someone will always respond. All requests are either printed within a few hours, or as early at 7:30am the next day!
