March is set to be a busy month for facility management conferences. Both the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and National Facilities Management and Technology (NFMT)—two of the largest professional associations for facility management—will be hosting expos during the same week (March 20-22) in Chicago and Baltimore, respectively.
We are sending teams to both events and are getting amped up about meeting many of you, sharing what’s new with us and seeing what’s new out there for the modern facility professional!
NFMT 2018: Visit Our Booth 2416
This year’s NFMT Conference and Expo will be held within Baltimore’s bustling Inner Harbor area again at the Baltimore Convention Center. 
ARC and its award-winning mobile facilities dashboard will be there too, featuring two speaking sessions, iPad Mini giveaways, and a networking event for young professionals.
We will be at the expo hall from noon on Tuesday, March 20th through Thursday. Come by and see how to click into your building info in seconds!
NFMT Sessions
Educational Session, Tuesday 10am
Our EVP, Brian Bailard will present an educational session on, Tech Trends: Identifying and Fixing the Gaps in Your Emergency Preparedness, on Tuesday, March 20th at 10:00 a.m in room 343.
Accompanied by National Facilities Director, Todd Moore, they will share industry research findings that uncover the gaps in facility teams’ emergency plans. They’ll also discuss technology and modern best practices that optimize emergency responses.
Earn Continuing Educational Credits (CEUs) for this 1-hour session.
Quickfire, Tuesday 1pm
Following our morning session, Todd Moore will hold a Quickfire session directly on the expo hall floor. This 20-minute presentation, Stop the Gaps: Why Mobile Facilities Solutions are the Future, will show you how ARC’s mobile facilities dashboard works.
Moore will present this session on Tuesday, March 20th, at 1:00 p.m. in the SBIC Expo Hall.
Young Professionals Networking Event, Wednesday 7pm
The Young Professional Happy Hour will be held next following day from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Pratt Street Ale House on Wednesday, March 21st. This will be a great opportunity for facility professionals to make connections, share a laugh and meet the people of ARC. Sign up for this event through NFMT.com.
IFMA Facility Fusion 2018: Visit Our Booth 502
2018 IFMA Facility Fusion will be held from March 20th to March 22nd in Chicago, Illinois at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. This show offers facility professionals the opportunity to learn something more about all that they do. I’ll be at booth number 502 starting Tuesday at 3pm, and presenting an educational session for 
Facility Fusion attendees.
IFMA FF Session
On Wednesday, March 21st, I’ll be presenting Problem Solved: Finding the Gaps in Your Mobility, Cloud and Emergency Management. This educational session, featuring fresh industry research, will shed light on the current state of facilities in order to identify organizational and management gaps.
